Cancellation, Transfer, and Refunds

- Cancellation and transfer requests more than 14 days before a workshop will be honored with a full credit, applicable to a future workshop of equal value within one year.
- Cancellation and transfer requests 7-14 days before the workshop will be met with a 50% credit toward a future open workshop of equal value
- Cancellation and trasnfer requests less than 7 days before a workshop are not eligible for credit or refund.
- Substitutions - Can registrants opt to change the registrant to someone else from your company up to 7 days befoer a workshop.
- Payment terms - Standard payment terms are 30 days upon receiving invoice. Invoices will be sent via email within 48-hours of registration.
